Because ebooks are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, all ebook sales are generally final. If you experience a technical issue with your download or received the wrong file, contact us at hello@vlsibeginners.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked mock interview or workshop, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time via email or WhatsApp for a free reschedule or full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.
If a mentor cancels or is unable to conduct a scheduled session, you will be offered a free reschedule with the same or a different mentor, or a full refund — your choice.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to processing times of our payment partners (Gumroad, Topmate).
